Vibe Code Detector provides static code analysis, Abstract Syntax Tree (AST) inspection, and multi-layer AI synthesis reports designed to assist software developers, founders, and teams in identifying code quality debt, hallucinated npm packages, hardcoded credentials, and structural anti-patterns before customer launch.
2. Scope & Limitation of Liability Disclaimer
Audit reports generated by Vibe Code Detector represent evidence-backed automated static evaluation. They do not constitute absolute security certifications, formal penetration tests, or ASVS compliance attestations.
Final software architecture, code execution safety, and deployment responsibility remain strictly with the project owner and developer team.

4. Prohibited Usage Policy
You agree not to use Vibe Code Detector to:
- Scan unauthorized third-party repositories without explicit permission from the copyright holder.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass rate limits, or overwhelm scanner infrastructure.
- Submit malicious code payloads intended to exploit static parser rules.
5. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive for 99.9% engine availability. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, update scanner AST rulesets, or modify pricing for future audit packs.
